How to properly execute changing a UV lamp.

First, power down the unit and remove the RCP lamp cover. Loosen the retaining thumb screws and gently unplug the white lamp connector from the lamp driver board. Pass the lamp driver connector through the opening into the lamp housing and gently lift the old lamp out. Insert new lamp and reconnect to lamp driver board. Lastly, replace the cover, power up the unit and wait for the Vlamp values to reach 1600-2400 mV.

NOTE** DO NOT REMOVE UV LAMP FROM PANEL BLOCK WHEN POWER IS ON! ALWAYS WEAR UV PROTECTIVE GLASSES WHEN WORKING WITH UV  LAMPS.
